Patrick O'Malley has spent more than 35 years shaping the specialty coffee industry. Founder of Infusion Distribution, Infusion Coffee & Tea Crafters, and the International Barista & Coffee Academy (IBCA), he has helped supply and educate hundreds of cafés, restaurants, and hotels throughout Arizona while training coffee professionals around the world.
Among his many accomplishments, Patrick was the 43rd person worldwide to earn the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Diploma and has been honored with the SCA Trainer of the Year, Distinguished Education Coordinator, and Passionate Educator awards. An international coffee educator, competition judge, consultant, and documentary filmmaker, Patrick brings a rare combination of technical expertise, global perspective, and genuine passion to every class.
