The world of coffee goes beyond just caffeinated drinks to delicious alcoholic beverages flavored with coffee. There is a fine balance to mixing coffee and alcohol and you will learn the art of mixing the two in this course. We cover far more than the well-known coffee cocktails like the Irish Coffee, and you will walk away with a menu of coffee cocktails to offer at your cafe.
